5 Categories of EWB Interventions Good Examples

About This Repository

The EWB Interventions Repository was launched in January, 2025 to assist researchers in conducting studies to investigate the impact of specific behaviors, activities, exercises, and practices on emotional well-being. Interventions were drawn from an existing, public facing repository: ggia.berkeley.edu; scholarly experts revised descriptive content to be more academic and to match language from methods in the primary citation(s) for each intervention. The Repository privileges single component interventions with rigorous, well-matched evidence for inclusion.
